Pea Sprouts, why you should eat them

Pea Sprouts , the first time I saw this green vegetable was when I was a teen.
My mom used to buy them into 2 small bunches and she taught me how to separate the leaves from stems, how to was them to get rid of the dust, sand, whatever yucky stuff.
Pea shoots, are they the same as pea sprouts?
I don't think so.
Pea sprouts have green leaves and they are larger than pea shoots leaves.
However, both taste extremely delicious when stir fried with other vegetables or meats.

Eggs with Minced Meat

Eggs with Minced Meat is one of my dad's secret recipe. He had taught me how to add in minced meat into beaten eggs, shallow fry which was quick and easy.
He used chicken meat which was the staple food in our family.
This is the easiest and quickest egg dish to prepare for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper time.

If you are not a fan of minced chicken, try pork for a change. You may to chop a longer time since you need to tear off the pork tendons.
