If you are looking for a simple salad which is nutritious and healthy, you should try this Baby Romaine with Sliced Avocado and Pear Salad.
In this recipe, you can mix avocado with pear, both are green in color, slice them thinly and spread coarsely roasted peanuts or cashew nuts over the top.
I chose baby romaine salad because it is crisp and delicious but you can use iceberg lettuce or coral lettuce.
