This good is Friday!

It is almost weekend, last day of school for the week!

I sure am lazy to cook several dishes for dinner today, so I decided to whip up fried rice instead.

Good to know that my neighbor gave me a couple of fresh mangoes which he had plucked from his mango tree at his backyard.

Mix sliced of fresh mango flesh with cold rice and chicken fillets, this Mango Fried Rice is super delicious and super easy!

If you are looking for a simple salad which is nutritious and healthy, you should try this Baby Romaine with Sliced Avocado and Pear Salad.

In this recipe, you can mix avocado with pear, both are green in color, slice them thinly and spread coarsely roasted peanuts or cashew nuts over the top.

I chose baby romaine salad because it is crisp and delicious but you can use iceberg lettuce or coral lettuce.
