SUGEE COOKIE ( Olive Oil )

SUGEE COOKIE * OLIVE OIL*

This cookie is easy to bake and really melt in your mouth. Sweet and smells like butter. Makes roughly 48pcs.

Ingredients

170g plain flour

60g icing sugar

1/2tsp baking powder

1tsp vanilla essence

80g olive oil or corn oil

12 muffin cups

some chocolate chips for decorations

Method

1. Sieve plain flour,icing sugar,baking powder in a big bowl.
2. Add vanilla essence,olive/corn oil into the flour mixture.
3. Use fork to stir. Mix well. You can use hand to knead them.
4. A soft dough is formed. Knead a few times.
5. Spoon a tiny ball with teaspoon.
6. Add 1pc chocolate chips in the middle.
7. Press lightly into ungrease muffin cups.
8. Bake 170 C , 15-20min, or gas mark "medium" or number "2"

Note:

Don't grease your muffin cups. You will get burnt bottom cookies.
